The YR series high voltage three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 355-1000) features a reasonable structure and advanced technology. It has advantages such as high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, and ease of installation and maintenance. The power rating, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of the motor comply with national standard GB755-2000 "Rated Values and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines" as well as relevant IEC standards and national industry standards JB/T7594—94 and GB/T13957-92. The motor is suitable for environments at an altitude of no more than 1000m, with an ambient air temperature not exceeding 40°C, and free from serious dust, corrosive or explosive gases. It can also be produced according to order requirements for use in humid and tropical areas and plateaus.
The rated frequency of the power supply for the motor is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 6000V. The basic installation method of the motor is horizontal with a bottom angle (IMB3), and the working system is continuous (S1). The motor adopts a box structure. The frame is made of welded steel plate, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. The slip ring cover has a window for observing the operating condition.
The stator adopts an external pressure assembly structure, and the stator winding uses F-class insulation materials, which are reliably fixed and tied at the ends. During manufacturing, multiple inter-turn pulse voltage tests and insulation resistance tests are conducted, and advanced vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) equipment and processes from Germany are used. Therefore, the insulation performance of the motor is excellent and reliable, with good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance. The wound rotor also uses F-class insulation materials.
The bearings can be either rolling bearings or sliding bearings, depending on the motor power and speed. The YR series is the basic series, with a protection rating of IP23. It is also possible to derive the YRQF series (IPW24) or YRKS series (IP44 or IP54) according to order requirements. The main terminal box is generally located on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), and there is a separate grounding terminal inside the main terminal box.
The motor can be used to drive various general machinery such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, transport machinery, and other mechanical equipment, serving as the prime mover in various mining, machinery, petrochemical, and power generation enterprises. For motors used to drive blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, and winches, the intended use and technical requirements should be specified at the time of order, and special designs will be adopted to ensure reliable operation.
