YXSM series high-efficiency variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor is used to drive the ceramic grinding machine. It is developed based on the feedback and requirements of customers in the industry, using new materials and new processes, combined with our company decades of design and manufacturing experience in mining motors to establish a new series.
YXSM series high-efficiency variable frequency three-phase asynchronous motor has advantages such as high efficiency, compact structure, low vibration and noise, high reliability, strong overload capacity, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is a new generation of high-performance dedicated motors. The installation dimensions, power levels, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motors". This series of motors adopts a box-type structure, with the housing welded from steel plates, providing good rigidity and vibration resistance, while being lightweight.
According to user requirements, other voltage and frequency can be designed and customized (e.g., 415V, 690V, 3KV, 10KV), with high protection levels such as IP44, IP54, and special requirements for specific usage environments (e.g., high altitude, humid tropical, corrosive, etc.). The motor allows direct starting at full voltage; if direct starting is not allowed by the power grid, reduced voltage starting can be adopted.
Ventilation method is natural ventilation cooling, i.e., IC01; protection level: IP23; rated frequency: 50HZ; voltage level: 380V, 3KV, 6KV, 10KV.
